How to Measure

WAIST: The waist size is measured at the top of the hipbone over the shirt, not over the pants. The tape should be held comfortable, not tight. Please refer to the Dickies Bottom sizes for Men and Women.

INSEAM: Refers to the pant length, which is measured from the crotch area to the end of the leg. Dickies NZ offers an inseam length of 32” across all our pant ranges.

CHEST: The chest size is measured at the fullest point of the chest, keeping the tape under the arms and around the shoulder blades. This measurement should be taken over clothing, preferably over a garment. Please refer to the Dickies Tops sizes for Men and Women.

Our delivery service times may vary depending on your location. For estimated delivery times, please check the carrier’s website from your tracking email. All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you request your item to be left at your shipping address without a signature, Dickies NZ takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.

Dickies NZ Online provides FREE shipping on all orders of $130 and above within New Zealand. For orders below $130, a standard national shipment fee of $10.00 will apply.

Dickies Online shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse distribution centre processing time. Orders will be processed during normal (Auckland) business hours between Monday and Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and 8.30am to 2.30pm Friday.

Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please refer to your order tracking number for full details.

RETURNS POLICY

Dickies NZ Online will gladly refund items that are of incorrect size or fit, or that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Please note that only refunds are available; no exchanges are offered.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returns are the responsibility of the purchaser until they are received by Dickies NZ. Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price using the original form of payment within 14 working days. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

A faulty product is an item that has been received with damage or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period following the purchase (6 Months). Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.


SALE ITEMS

You are entitled to a refund for sale items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.


REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected by Dickies NZ Online, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. If you refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank, PayPal or AfterPay account for payment of a Dickies NZ Online refund. Then contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed all these steps and you still have not received your refund, then please contact the Dickies NZ Online Customer Service team at online@dickiesnz.com.


SHIPPING & CONTACT

To return your product first email online@dickiesnz.com with details of your request for a refund. When returning your item include a note with your full name, order number and request for a refund. Return your item/s in the bag you received your order in using the provided return label.

How do I place an order?

To purchase a product and place an order on the Dickies NZ Online store, simply choose a product category. Once the chosen category is selected ie Mens, and `Tees,’ then choose the item you are interested in; view the product by clicking on it. This will lead you to the individual product page to choose your product colour and size. Once you have selected your colour and size, add your item to the cart by clicking the red button named `add to cart.’ By adding your product to the cart, you will then have access to review your order and continue to checkout. To view your order, simply click the 'My bag' button on the top right hand side of the homepage. This will display your items chosen for cart. You can then view the full cart or go to Checkout by clicking the red button named `Checkout.’ Once at the Checkout page, you will need to fill in your contact, delivery and payment details to finalise your order. When will I be charged for my order?

Once you have finalized your order by providing your contact, payment and delivery information; you will then receive an order confirmation email outlining the payment has been accepted. It can take up to two hours for Dickies NZ Online to charge your account and receive payment.

Will I receive a confirmation email of my order?

Yes. For all product orders made on the Dickies NZ Online website, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of product purchased, contact information, delivery details and shipment method.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Dickies NZ Online accepts PayPal, Credit Card, and Afterpay. It is free to sign up to PayPal and we use this payment method because it is a faster, smarter and a safer way to pay. To pay with a card, select Paypal and then select 'Pay with credit card'. To pay with another Buy-Now-Pay-Later service, simply select at checkout and follow the prompts.

How safe are my credit card details?

Very Safe. When you click the `Process Order’ button on the Dickies NZ Online website payment page, PayPal sends the transaction information directly to our bank. We do not share your payment details with any third parties, as our online system automatically encrypts all your details.

How much does delivery cost?

Dickies NZ Online provides FREE shipping on all orders from $100 and up made in NZ. For all orders from $0-$100, Dickies NZ Online will charge a standard national shipment fee starting at $7.90 to all customers purchasing products within NZ. International shipment fees start at $19.90.

When will I receive my order?

Dickies NZ Online shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse distribution centre processing time. Orders will be processed during normal Auckland business hours between Monday and Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery within NZ to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. For regional areas in NZ, delivery is between 2 and 5 days.

How do I search for items on Dickies New Zealand Online?

You can search for all Dickies NZ Online products in a number of ways. The easiest way is to browse through the categories at the top of the homepage. Can I make a change to an existing order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change an order once it has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at online@dickiesnz.com.

Can I track the status of my order once purchased?

Yes. When your order ships, Dickies nZ Online will send you an order shipment confirmation email with details of your product shipment and a tracking number. You will also be sent a link to track the status of your order.

Can I order on the phone or by email?

No. You can only order a Dickies product via the Dickies NZ Online or through any of the retailers stocking Dickies nationwide.

How do I cancel my order and receive a refund?

Does Dickies NZ Online have Gift Cards?

No. Dickies NZ Online does not provide or accept Dickies gift cards.

How do I use a promotional code?

All Dickies NZ Online promotional codes have a set number of digits. To use a promotional code, you must enter it into the checkout of your order. This code entered will automatically discount your order. Dickies NZ Online promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

What happens if something I order is out of stock?

The Dickies NZ website will only display sizes and colours available for purchase. However, occasionally an item could sell out within the minute you place your order. If you have ordered a Dickies NZ product that is out of stock, the Dickies New Zealand Online Customer Service team will notify you as soon as possible and provide confirmation that you will be issued with a refund. 

I need help with my size, do you have a size guide?

Yes. We have a range of size and fit guides for Tee-shirts, Pants for men and women of all ages. This size guide can be found at the bottom of the site under 'size guide'.

What happens if my item gets lost in the mail?

Dickies NZ Online tracks all website orders with a shipment tracking number. The first thing to do is contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote your tracking number that was sent to you on your order confirmation email. If your item is lost in the mail, Dickies NZ Online will lodge a claim with the postal service. Please contact Dickies NZ Online Customer Service for further information. Do you deliver to PO Box address?

No.

Can I exchange my item at the retail store?

No. Products purchased on the Dickies NZ website cannot be exchanged at any of the retail stores stocking Dickies.

How do I sign up to the mailing list?

You can sign up to the Dickies NZ newsletter list by scrolling down the Dickies NZ homepage to the bottom right-hand side of the page. You will then have access to enter in your full email address on the `Join the Tradition’ section. By signing up to the Dickies NZ mailing list you will receive frequent marketing material, special offers and news on new products.

Do I need an account to place an order?

When you proceed to checkout to purchase a product, you are meet with a few options, existing members can log in, and non-existing members can either checkout as a guest or register when you checkout. Registering when you checkout will automatically set up a member account with Dickies NZ Online.

I have forgotten my password on my Dickies NZ Online account?

If you have forgotten your password, you can access your account information by clicking on the `Login’ key on the top right-hand side of the Dickies NZ website homepage. To log into your account, press the `Login’ button. This will lead you to the Login page where your email and password is required to log into your account. You can reset your password by clicking on the `forgot your password’ link – this will automatically send you a temporary Customer Password. For new customers, just hit the 'get started' button below the 'register today' section.
