WAIST: The waist size is measured at the top of the hipbone over the shirt, not over the pants. The tape should be held comfortable, not tight. Please refer to the Dickies Bottom sizes for Men and Women.
INSEAM: Refers to the pant length, which is measured from the crotch area to the end of the leg. Dickies NZ offers an inseam length of 32” across all our pant ranges.
CHEST: The chest size is measured at the fullest point of the chest, keeping the tape under the arms and around the shoulder blades. This measurement should be taken over clothing, preferably over a garment. Please refer to the Dickies Tops sizes for Men and Women.

orders from $100 and up made in New Zealand. For all orders from $0-$100,
Dickies Online will charge a standard national shipment fee of $7.90 to all
customers purchasing products within New Zealand.

International shipment fees start at $19.90.
Dickies Online shipment and delivery of orders are
based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse
distribution centre processing time. Orders will be processed during normal
(Auckland) business hours between Monday and Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and
8.30am to 2.30pm Friday.
Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays
will be processed on the next business day. Please refer to your order tracking

Dickies Online are happy to refund items that are
of incorrect size, fit or item/s that are defective/damaged as a result of a
manufacturing issue. To return an item that is the wrong size or fit it must be
unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the
original packaging with the original tags and labels still attached to the
product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot
offer you a refund. Please note that only refunds will be enabled. No
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

A faulty product is an item that has been received
with damage or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period
following the purchase (6 Months). Products damaged as a result of normal wear
and tear are not considered faulty.
You are entitled to a refund for sale items within
30 days of purchase. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping. Sale items
are not eligible for exchanges.
Once your return has been received and inspected by
Dickies NZ Online, we will send you a confirmation email to notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued using your original payment
method. If you refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will
be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund, first check
your bank, PayPal or AfterPay account for payment of a Dickies NZ Online
refund. Then contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take a
few days before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed all
these steps and you still have not received your refund, then please contact
the Dickies NZ Online Customer Service team at email@example.com.

your full name, order number and request for a refund. Return your item/s in
the bag you received your order in using the provided return label.

for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
To purchase a product and place an order on the Dickies NZ Online store, simply choose a product category. Once the chosen category is selected ie Mens, and `Tees,’ then choose the item you are interested in; view the product by clicking on it. This will lead you to the individual product page to choose your product colour and size. Once you have selected your colour and size, add your item to the cart by clicking the red button named `add to cart.’ By adding your product to the cart, you will then have access to review your order and continue to checkout. To view your order, simply click the 'My bag' button on the top right hand side of the homepage. This will display your items chosen for cart. You can then view the full cart or go to Checkout by clicking the red button named `Checkout.’ Once at the Checkout page, you will need to fill in your contact, delivery and payment details to finalise your order. The Dickies NZ website will only display sizes and colours available for purchase. However, occasionally an item could sell out within the minute you place your order.
