Meet Ben Ross, mural and digital artist from the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia.

"I draw a lot of people that are special in my life, and helped raise me into the person I am today.

"I love using the pastel colours. They’re very busy canvases and murals, but calm when you look at them.

"If it’s miserable and raining outside I’ll do my work at my humble abode. If not, I’ll pull up at a table down on the surf coast. I love to sketch first. Everything is sketched first, murals and everything.

"I don’t draw mouths on my people, so however the viewer is feeling, they put they’re own interpretation of it onto the character.

Future me is hopefully travelling, and getting art everywhere. Hopefully I can just get a van and paint the whole world.”
