Our delivery service times may vary depending on your location. For estimated delivery times, please check the carrier’s website from your tracking email. All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you request your item to be left at your shipping address without a signature, Dickies NZ takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur.
Dickies NZ Online provides FREE shipping on all orders of $130 and above within New Zealand. For orders below $130, a standard national shipment fee of $10.00 will apply.
Dickies Online shipment and delivery of orders are based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse distribution centre processing time. Orders will be processed during normal (Auckland) business hours between Monday and Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm and 8.30am to 2.30pm Friday.
Orders placed on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please refer to your order tracking number for full details.

Dickies NZ Online will gladly refund items that are of incorrect size or fit, or that are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues. To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Please note that only refunds are available; no exchanges are offered.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please ensure your order number, name, address, email, phone number, return instructions, and any additional comments are included.
All returns are the responsibility of the purchaser until they are received by Dickies NZ. Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price using the original form of payment within 14 working days. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
For returns involving bundles, or if only part of a bundle is returned, please email us for further assistance.
A faulty product is an item that has been received with damage or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable period following the purchase (6 Months). Products damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.
You are entitled to a refund for sale items within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will not include the cost of shipping. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
Once your return has been received and inspected by Dickies NZ Online, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. If you refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank, PayPal or AfterPay account for payment of a Dickies NZ Online refund. Then contact your credit card company or your bank, as it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. If you have completed all these steps and you still have not received your refund, then please contact the Dickies NZ Online Customer Service team at online@dickiesnz.com.
To return your product first email online@dickiesnz.com with details of your request for a refund. When returning your item include a note with your full name, order number and request for a refund. Return your item/s in the bag you received your order in using the provided return label.
